Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs for websites and applications, balancing aesthetics with usability for W3 Solved and client projects.
• Conduct user research (surveys, interviews, usability testing) to uncover needs and refine design concepts.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs across desktop and mobile platforms.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and user behavior to enhance performance and satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain design systems or style guides to ensure consistency across multiple projects.
• Present design solutions to internal teams and clients, articulating the "why" behind your creative choices.

What You Bring

• Experience designing UI/UX for web or mobile, with a portfolio showcasing thoughtful, user-focused work.
• Mastery of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite, plus a willingness to explore new tech. .
• A sharp eye for visual design—typography, color theory, and layout—that elevates user interfaces.
• Empathy and curiosity to dig into user pain points and translate them into intuitive solutions.
• Comfort working with technical teams to bridge the gap between design and development.
• Strong storytelling skills to pitch ideas and defend design decisions with confidence.
• Adaptability to juggle varied project needs and pivot when priorities shift.
